For our AI client enablement, we are looking for an AI Trainer (Claude, Cowork, Tools) who loves teaching, create contents, is hands-on with tools, and can turn complex AI topics into clear, practical learning experiences.



Your Role


  • You help clients become confident AI builders and turn their AI challenge in business value.
  • You use Claude to create apps, prototypes, agents, automations, and workflows and teach others how to do the same.
  • You can take a business problem, turn it into a working prototype, and explain the process clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • You translate this into easy-to-understand contents for our trainings, social media and events.


You will:


  • Deliver hands-on Claude and vibe coding trainings and AI events.
  • Teach people how to build apps and workflows with Claude Code and Cowork.
  • Build prototypes, demos, agents, and automations (that work!).
  • Create practical exercises, templates, guides, and contents for our + 1000 member community.
  • Develop our AI Academy curriculum from beginner to advanced.
  • Turn real client use cases into practical learning experiences.
  • Promote secure and responsible AI usage.


You are a builder/creator who loves teaching - not a trainer who occasionally builds.



Your Profile

Must-haves

  • Deep hands-on experience with Claude and Claude Code.
  • Experience building real apps, prototypes, agents, or automations with AI.
  • Strong understanding of vibe coding / AI-native development.
  • Comfortable with APIs, Git, debugging, databases, and modern development workflows.
  • Experience delivering trainings, workshops, or technical enablement.
  • Strong ability to explain complex topics simply.
  • Comfortable building live in front of clients.
  • Excellent English; German strongly preferred.
  • Self-driven, curious, and constantly experimenting with new AI tools.
  • Forward-Deployed Engineer: “I can go into a customer situation, understand the problem, and build the solution with them.”

 

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Cowork, MCP, agents, and tool calling.
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot / Copilot Studio experience.
  • Experience in regulated industries.
  • Basic knowledge of AI governance and the EU AI Act.
  • Experience with React / Next.js, automation tools, or modern app stacks.
