To support our continued growth, we are looking for you as GTM & Growth Manager (global), who enjoys client interaction and sales, and is eager to dive deeper into business processes and AI use cases.
Your Role
- You make sure our offerings are visible, understandable and tangible.
- You implement go-to-market plans together with our team.
- You build marketing and sales funnels, optimize click paths and generate qualified leads.
- You create materials and content that position dreamleap clearly and professionally.
- You organize and support events and formats, both online and offline.
- You continuously optimize our website and landing pages in terms of content and structure – with a focus on SEO and GEO (e.g. keywords, structure, internal linking, audience-specific pages for markets/languages).
In short: you’re the person who turns ideas into concrete events, campaigns, landing pages, funnels and event journeys – hands-on, pragmatic and data-driven.
Your Responsibilities
Go-to-Market & Campaigns
- Contribute to planning and executing go-to-market strategies for new offerings, features, formats and markets.
- Conceptualize and execute campaigns (e.g. webinars, events, launches, lead magnets).
- Define and continuously refine target audiences, messaging and value propositions.
Marketing, Website, Materials & Click-Flows
- Create and further develop marketing and sales materials:
- One-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, fact sheets
- Landing pages, event pages, newsletter templates
- Continuously optimize our website (including blog and landing pages) for SEO and GEO:
- On-page SEO (keywords, meta texts, headings, internal links)
- Structure and content based on search intent and target groups
- Build GEO-specific pages for markets/languages where it makes sense with the help of our own dreamleap agents.
- Design and optimize click-flows along the funnel:
- from social post/ad → landing page → form → follow-up
- simple onboarding and nurturing flows.
- Brief and coordinate external partners (design, video, development) where useful.
Sales Funnel & Marketing Ops
- Support the setup and maintenance of our sales funnel in HubSpot (or a similar CRM).
- Set up and optimize email flows, nurturing journeys and automations.
- Track and report KPIs (e.g. leads, conversion rates, event performance, website performance).
- Work closely with Sales & Consulting to create sales enablement materials (e.g. battlecards, playbooks, FAQs).
Events & Community Management
- Organize, communicate and follow up on events (webinars, community formats, conferences, masterclasses).
- Coordinate with partners, venues, speakers and participants.
- Make sure events translate into concrete leads, contacts and follow-ups (event funnel).
- You enjoy sharing your knowledge and are happy to help design and occasionally facilitate trainings or workshops.
Your Profile
Must-haves
- Several years of experience in B2B marketing, go-to-market, growth or marketing operations, ideally in tech, SaaS or an agency environment.
- You have already built sales funnels, campaigns or click-flows and know how to turn traffic into leads.
- Experience optimizing websites and landing pages, especially:
- On-page SEO (keywords, meta texts, structure)
- Ideally first experience with GEO approaches (e.g. market- or language-specific pages).
- Confident working with CRM and marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot or similar).
- Strong conceptual and organizational skills: you can turn ideas into clear processes, tasks and timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal English and preferably German.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with daily challenges and lots of room to shape things.
- You are open to jump into cold waters and also do work that is outside your role or profile.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in SaaS or tech startups.
- Basic understanding of AI, generative AI and automation – or a strong willingness to learn.
- Experience organizing events (online and/or offline).
- A good eye for UX and design (you don’t have to be a designer, but you should recognize what looks good and converts).
