In addition to our platform, we support companies with hands-on training and strategic consulting to prepare their employees for an AI-driven future.


To support our continued growth, we are looking for you as Sales & AI Solutions Consultant, who enjoys client interaction and sales, and is eager to dive deeper into business processes and AI use cases.



Your Role


You are the primary contact for new prospects - while also continuing to support selected key clients as a Key Account Manager:


  • You conduct initial conversations, qualify leads, and gain an understanding of the clients' situations and challenges.
  • You translate business requirements into concrete AI solutions and use cases.
  • You guide potential clients from the initial contact all the way to the signed proposal – together with our consulting team.
  • You take on a blend of Key Account Management and Sales: you build client relationships, nurture them, and think in terms of long-term partnerships.
  • You are involved in consulting, prototyping with AI tools, and discovery, and you can co-design or facilitate trainings and workshops.
  • You organize and take part in events, conferences, and community formats to make dreamleap visible and activate your network.


In short: You are Sales personality, sparring partner, and consultant in one person – and together with us, you build something big.



Your Responsibilities



Sales & Business Development

  • Qualifying inbound leads and actively reaching out to target clients (outbound/social selling, especially on LinkedIn).
  • Conducting initial and follow-up meetings (discovery calls, needs assessment, scoping).
  • Building and maintaining an opportunity pipeline (e.g., in HubSpot).
  • Ongoing support and further development of existing clients (Key Accounts), including upselling and cross-selling of AI solutions.
  • Preparation of proposals, service descriptions, and preliminary concepts together with our consulting team.
  • Support in go-to-market strategy and business development (events, webinars, content ideas, case studies).
  • Organization and participation in events. (Industry events, client events, meetups), including preparing short presentations or demo slots.
  • You love to travel internationally.

 

Solution consulting and AI use cases

  • Analysis of business processes and identification of AI potential (e.g., automation, smart document search, agentic workflows, AI assistants).
  • Preparation and facilitation of initial use case workshops with clients (online or on-site).
  • Collaboration in developing solution outlines, roadmaps, and high-level architectures (deep coding is not required, but an understanding of technology stacks, no-code tools, and copilot).
  • Close collaboration with our tech and consulting team to translate client requirements into actionable stories.

 

Training & Enablement (supporting Head of Academy)

  • Co-designing trainings, masterclasses, or internal enablement formats on AI and automation.
  • Conducting individual training sessions or Q&A slots with clients (online or on-site).



Your Profile

Must-haves

  • Several years of experience in Sales, Pre-Sales, or Consulting in a B2B environment (e.g. IT/digital agency, SaaS, AI consulting, corporate innovation, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with AI consulting, AI tools, and AI projects – you know how to turn ideas into concrete use cases.
  • Consultative Sales: you have strong interpersonal skills, ask the right questions, think in solutions, and follow through.
  • Excellent understanding of business processes (e.g. Marketing & Sales, Service, Operations, or Backoffice).
  • Experience with no-code or low-code tools (e.g. n8n, Zapier, Make, simple landing page builders), as well as the Microsoft Copilot environment.
  • Large network in the business, digital, or tech environment and enjoy actively maintaining and leveraging relationships.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment with daily challenges, where you take on responsibility.
  • Strong communication skills in German (C1+) and excellent English skills, French and Italian, as well as other languages, are an advantage.
  • Motivation to work in a dynamic environment/startup setting to contribute, take on responsibility, and proactively drive things forward.
  • International experience and willingness to travel: You understand sales in an international context and enjoy traveling both within the DACH region and beyond.

 

Nice-to-haves

  • SaaS and startup experience  (e.g. in sales, customer success, or consulting roles) are a major plus.
  • Experience in conducting workshops or trainings.
  • Basic knowledge of tools such as HubSpot, Notion, Miro, PowerPoint, and of course various AI tools.
  • Technical background (APIs, data sources, integrations, LLMs).
