To support our continued growth, we are looking for you as Senior AI Consultant, who enjoys client interaction, has deep AI and analytics experience and wants to grow fast.
Your Role
You are the primary contact for our clients and lead the execution of AI projects. You have a deep understanding of RAG, agentic AI, LLMs, and applied AI as well as analytics with proven delivery experience in both small and large-scale environments. You have not only worked through PoC cycles, but also have hands-on production experience.
- Overall goal: Support our clients in becoming successful with AI and thrive.
- Translate business needs into clear AI use cases, scopes, and requirements, and lead projects end to end.
- Build fast prototypes to make ideas tangible and de-risk delivery
- Work confidently with AI tools such as Copilot Studio Agents, n8n, and Claude Code
- Consult clients, facilitate trainings and workshops
- Organize and participate in events, conferences, and community formats to increase dreamleap’s visibility and activate your network.

Your Profile
- Technical or AI Background: Several years of experience with AI Strategy, AI project stream execution and successful project delivery.
- AI Consulting Experience: Hands-on experience with AI consulting, AI tools, and AI projects – you know how to turn ideas into concrete business, and delivery.
- Stakeholder Management Experience: You have strong interpersonal skills, ask the right questions, think in solutions, and guide the clients.
- Process Optimization: Excellent understanding of business processes optimization (e.g. Marketing & Sales, Service, Operations, or Backoffice).
- Tools: Experience with no-code or low-code tools (e.g. n8n, Claude). Experience with building Microsoft Copilot Agents (Studio, MS 365), or with Azure Foundry
- Large network in the business, digital, or tech environment and enjoy actively maintaining and leveraging relationships.
- Strong communication skills in German (C1+) and excellent English skills, French and Italian, as well as other languages, are an advantage.
- Motivation to work in a dynamic environment setting to contribute, take on responsibility, and proactively drive things forward and make them better.
- International experience and willingness to travel
- SaaS and (AI) startup experience (e.g. in sales, customer success, or consulting roles) are a major plus
