To support our continued growth, we are looking for you as Sales & Country Lead, who enjoys client interaction and sales, and is eager to dive deeper into business processes and AI use cases.

From AI assistants and automation to smart knowledge systems and agentic workflows, we work with ambitious clients to identify, design, and implement practical AI solutions that create measurable value.


To accelerate our growth, we are looking for a Country Sales Manager (DACH/EU) to own and expand our commercial presence across the region. This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who combines B2B sales leadership, consultative selling, and relationship-building excellence with a strong interest in AI, digital transformation, and innovation.



Your Mission


As Country Sales Lead (EU, DACH), you will be responsible for driving new business, deepening client engagement, and building long-term partnerships with mid-market and enterprise customers. You know how to open doors, identify high-value opportunities, understand client pain points, and translate business needs into compelling AI-driven solutions.


This role goes beyond traditional sales: you will act as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, working closely with our consulting and delivery teams to shape proposals, guide discovery processes, and ensure commercial success from first conversation to signed deal and account growth.


In short: you are a sales leader, strategic sparring partner, and relationship builder in one.


Your Responsibilities


  • Sales & Business Development, Growth and Key Account Management
  • Own and drive the full B2B sales cycle across the DACH region, from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities with mid-sized and enterprise clients.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads and strategic accounts for our Academy, secure AI Agents, and AI services. Work close with our community services and optimize them.
  • Lead consultative sales conversations with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Partner with our consulting team to shape compelling offers, proposals, and solution approaches.
  • Expand existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and long-term partnership development.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and serve as a strategic commercial partner over time.
  • Support customer retention and revenue expansion through proactive account development.
  • Act as the commercial voice of the client internally and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery and continued growth.
  • Strong market presence & ecosystem building and you bring a large network in the construction, insurance and industry sector
  • Represent the company at events, conferences, and industry gatherings across DACH and Europe.
  • Contribute insights from the market to refine our positioning, offers, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Contribute to customer-facing workshops, trainings, and executive sessions around AI adoption and business enablement.
  • Support the development of sales narratives, case-based pitches, and market-specific messaging.
  • Help educate clients and prospects on practical AI applications and business value creation.


Your Profile


Must-haves


  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, business development, key account management, pre-sales, or consulting, ideally in SaaS, AI, software, digital services, or technology environments.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, winning new business.
  • Strong consultative selling skills: you ask the right questions, understand business pain points, and build solutions around customer value.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders in mid-market or enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of business processes across functions such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Service, or Back Office.
  • Hands-on exposure to AI, automation, digital transformation, or adjacent technology topics, with the ability to translate ideas into business use cases.
  • Ability to combine hunting and farming: you enjoy opening new doors while also growing and nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in German (C1+) and English, additional European languages are a plus.
  • Well-established network in digital, tech, or innovation ecosystem
  • High ownership mentality, entrepreneurial drive, and excitement to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • International mindset and willingness to travel across DACH and Europe or abroad.
  • Experience in a SaaS, AI, or startup environment in growth, sales fields.
  • Understanding of ecosystems such as Microsoft Copilot, APIs, integrations, data flows, and LLM-based applications
  • Experience facilitating workshops, trainings, or executive sessions.
  • Knowledge of tools such as PowerPoint, Copilot, or modern AI productivity stacks.
